Maria Caranfa is a registered dietitian and driving force behind Mintel’s Menu Insights. She is well know in the industry for her insights into food service trends, emerging flavors, and contribution to such publications as Prepared Foods, Flavor & the Menu, and the American Dietetic Association Times. At the event, Maria will be moderating a breakout session titled “Digging in to Dessert Trends” which presents new ideas and interesting statistics to help attendees guide their own menus.
